Under These Stars sells personalised digital star maps. This page explains how your order is delivered and the terms around refunds.

Delivery

Your star map is a digital product. There is nothing physical to ship. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links appear on screen and are also emailed to the address you provided at checkout — delivery is instant.

Because delivery is digital and instant, there are no shipping charges and no shipping address is required.

Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, first check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@underthesestars.in with your order ID and we will resend your files.

Refunds

Each star map is generated to order and personalised to your specific moment. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed and the files have been generated.

Not happy with your design? One free re-creation.

If you are not satisfied with how your design turned out, or you made a typo in the text, we will create a fresh version for you free of charge — once per order. The new version uses the same date, time, and place as your original order.

This one-time re-creation lets you fix things like the dedication text, title, or design choices. It keeps the same astronomical moment (date, time, and location), since that is the heart of your star map. To request your free re-creation, email hello@underthesestars.in within 7 days of your purchase and include your order ID.

The free re-creation is available once per order. Further changes after that would be treated as a new order.

When we do issue refunds

We will issue a full refund in genuine cases where the fault is on our side, including:

In these cases, contact us with your order ID and we will verify and process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are handled through Razorpay and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
